I. DELIVERIES TO MOROCCO:

We deliver to the main cities of Morocco, but also to more distant regions, delivery times are generally between 48 hours and five working days.

II. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:

Leyza brand offers worldwide shipping via Aramex to your country
to make deliveries.

International deliveries may incur additional costs, we can send your packages according to your preference, your order with your DHL or UPS.

III. ORDER RULES:

Payment for your order is made directly online by credit card (CMI, Visa, MasterCard).

After confirmation of your payment by our payment provider, your bank account will be debited for the total amount of your order.

We would like to reassure you that all your transactions are secure and comply with the legal provisions in force: they take place within a strict framework of confidentiality and encryption of all your data with our payment provider.

We do not at any time have access to your personal data concerning your means of payment, particularly bank cards, and do not store them on our servers.

IV. ORDER VALIDATION AND SENDING:

Any order will not be sent with the carrier until payment is validated, we send an order confirmation notification and we will proceed with the shipment.

Once the shipment has been made, you will be entitled to the tracking number of your order to follow up on your package.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the transport company.

V. DUTIES AND TAXES:

Please note that international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Limits for duty-free packages are set by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

VI. RETURN POLICY

  • The Buyer has 7 days from receipt of the order to return items that do not suit them in exchange for a voucher or refund.
  • Please note that the items must be returned intact and complete, in their original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging (in particular with the labels containing their references), and overall, in identical packaging to that used during shipping allowing their re-marketing.
  • Once the return request form has been completed, and after studying the request, Customer Service will authorize the return.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges unless an incorrect item is received.
  • The amount corresponding to the returned item(s) will be returned to the customer, in the form of a Purchase Voucher or a refund (refund possible for credit card payments only).
  • Customer Service may contact the customer for additional information or instructions.
